You might call Quang Dang the prodigal son of West Restaurant + Bar, where he started his career as a junior sous chef. After working at a number of top Vancouver eateries, Chef Dang made his return to West last year as Executive Chef. We’re thrilled to have him as part of our Savour Your Life Cooking Stage line-up at the Vancouver Home + Design Show, where he’ll be sharing his signature modern take on a popular classic: brunch.
