Fennel Orange and Ale Slaw

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Yield:  Approximately 10 full size sandwiches and 20 sliders

1 red cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 small red onion, very thinly sliced
1 large bulb fennel, quartered and thinly sliced
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ bottle of Fruit Flavored Ale
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 orange
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix by hand until incorporated. Cover and allow to macerate for at least one hour in refrigerator until ready to serve.
