What was your first job?
My first job was picking strawberries on a strawberry farm.

Describe your design style in five words or less.
Timeless, classic, frugal, eclectic and scrubbable

Which room in your house is your favorite? Why?
My formal dining room because it is where we go to entertain.  That room’s existence is the reason for us to get together with friends and family often.

What is your design or gardening pet peeve?
My design pet peeve is when people design a house for today’s trends and disregard the history and the era of the home.  Also, painting woodwork is a sin in my world.
